BUNZL IT Analyst / Project Coordinator in Cleveland, Ohio
Description
Responsibilities:
Support prioritizing current and future projects in pipeline.
Lead all aspects of technical onboarding discovery to include requirements gathering and technical project management.
Support and lead project management.
Establish best demonstrated practices through onboarding/integration process.
Establish a repeatable process when building out a project plan.
Take on a leadership role in discovery workshops.
Own coordination of resources and identify key SMEs for projects.
Lead touchpoints with project team(s) to ensure deliverables are completed within timeframes set for each project.
Identify, document and drive decision making.
Proactively identify risks and action items.
IT Analyst (Service)
Troubleshoot/Implement current & new AS400 processes.
First line of Level 2 support.
Data analysis.
IT Lead for selected Distribution projects in the pipeline. (Examples: New/Existing Customer Onboarding & Changes, EDI, eCommerce.)
System change management. (Demands assigned to Distribution IT related to Customer Service & Sales)
User training & support when applicable.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.
Prior experience with ServiceNow, IBM iSeries systems (AS400), MS Dynamics or CRM, JDA or Replenishment, a plus.
Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills anchored in service management mindset.
Proven work experience in a service-oriented role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good interpersonal skills, including team management skills.
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
