BUNZL Customer Service Representative in Everett, Washington

Majestic, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Everett. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. This position often serves as a liaison between the Sales staff and the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare samples, price quotations, and customer correspondence

  • Process orders, revisions, and confirmations of sales/back orders

  • Collaborate with Sales staff and Supervisors to assist with any necessary Sales related projects and reports

  • Assist with incoming calls and inquiries

  • Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps

  • Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution

  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service

  • Function as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments in the company to address customer needs

  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school graduate

  • Familiar with ERP systems

  • Computer literate, self-motivated and works well in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Professional people skills and extraordinary customer service skills

  • Prior experience in a customer service support role in a professional business environment preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills

Majestic's Washington Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
