BUNZL Customer Success Specialist in Fountain Valley, California

Kishigo, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for performing and coordinating the day to day operational activities required to maintain service excellence for established accounts while promoting high satisfaction relationships with both existing and new clients. This individual works to ensure all functions are completed in a timely and courteous manner, including handling and routing sales inquiries, basic account management, account maintenance and sales prospecting. Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs. This role is responsible for providing superior customer and client service levels in daily interactions with external and internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to ensure “an easy to do business with” customer experience

  • Provide a variety of general account, clerical and sales support functions including, processing orders, return authorizations, client configurations, customer service and reporting at a high level of service.

  • Produce accurate, quality work products; make efficient use of time and resources

  • Execute custom order processes with accuracy

  • Ability to foresee problems and provide solutions to the customers

  • Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps.

  • Work with manufacturer’s representatives to promote new and innovative items

  • Accurately answer questions regarding products and their applications

  • Identify Good, Better, Best product alternatives in all categories

  • Work alone or in partnership with other specialist for their assigned clients within the department to ensure the commitment deliverables are met.

  • Maintain good working relationships with team members by communicating regularly and providing ongoing feedback

  • Apply and translate new work processes to improve functioning of the team

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 8-10 years of previous client interaction experience; distribution experience is a plus

  • Ability to provide Superior Customer Service across both internal and external clients

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; recommends solutions, resolves problems, maintains a positive approach

  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently without close supervision

  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, with attention to detail

  • Sales and goal oriented

  • Excellent computer skills, must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude to learn new software and technologies

  • Ability to follow standard procedures while also maintaining creativity in exploring alternatives

  • Excellent Professional communication skills – verbal and written

  • Ability to analyze information and determine appropriate action to transfer previous learning to current situations

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong attention to detail

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Kishigo CA salary range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
